Twenty-eight years ago, we had this bright idea: Let’s build the best apparel factory in the world! So many questions started to pop up, with one who stood out; What would be significant for the best apparel factory? Quality, supply chain, innovation were the obvious answers. But the staff turned out to be our most important value. They are the ones that will secure the quality, the innovations and enable us to have quick and clear communication with our customers.

Today, we can proudly look back on our achievements for the past 28 years. We have seen startup companies develop into 100 million-dollar businesses, and we have indeed played our role in these successes.

Since the start, we have had a clear goal, and our focus has always been People, Process, and Product. We have developed a process we call the Scandinavian way, where we also added communication and transparency. To build a fruitful relationship with our customers, we have to become one team with them, where communication and commitment are crucial for success.

We are also very technology savvy, always looking for a better way to produce apparel. For example, we were a pioneer investing in automatic placket machines to achieve stable quality.
